Who gets the 14-day free trial?
Every new customer receives 14 days after confirming their email and creating their business books. After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue.
Does DeskLedgers need internet to work?
The planned Windows application keeps core accounting, invoicing, inventory and reporting available offline. Web and mobile access, bank-feed updates, payments and synchronization require an internet connection.
How will connected banking work?
When online, a regulated bank-data partner would securely import transactions for matching, categorization and reconciliation. Available institutions, consent rules and refresh frequency depend on the customer’s country. Previously imported transactions remain visible offline.
Does one subscription include desktop, web and mobile?
Yes—that is the proposed subscription model. The plan controls users and advanced features, while every tier includes the Windows desktop application, web access and iOS/Android companion apps.
Are payroll and payment processing included?
The accounting records and workflows can be included, but moving money, card processing and tax filing require approved regional partners and may carry separate usage or employee fees. Availability must be launched country by country.
Are all the features on this page available today?
The connected sample workspace includes invoices, purchases, inventory and accounting reports. Cloud AI, team permissions, bank feeds, government filing and desktop offline sync are planned. Trial account activation is not yet available.
