Your company data
Your company owns the accounting information you put into DeskLedgers. We process it to provide the service, support your instructions, protect the platform and meet legal obligations. AI and OCR suggest or prepare work for review; customers remain responsible for checking entries.
Service providers and security
We may use providers for hosting, databases, encrypted document storage, email, payments, monitoring and OCR or AI processing. We do not sell customer accounting data. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logs and backups as appropriate, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Retention and choices
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for backups, disputes, fraud prevention and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting info@deskledgers.com.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the product changes. Questions can be sent to info@deskledgers.com.
